How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are calculated at checkout by combining the shipping method’s transit time with our standard order processing time of 1–3 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for U.S. customers. Please note that while expedited shipping applies to the delivery speed, it does not automatically shorten our standard processing time of 1–3 business days.
However, we do prioritize orders with expedited shipping and always aim to get them out as quickly as possible

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. For accurate shipping pricing, enter your location at the time of checkout & our system will generate a cost.
Note: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Hierarchy has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
As customs policies vary widely please contact your local customs office to ensure accurate information. Delivery estimations may be delayed if additional customs clearance procedures are required.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Hierarchy gift card.
Items must be unworn, with original tags attached & free of stains & smell. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Bodysuits, intimates, clearance & items marked final sale are ineligible for a return.
How do I start a return?
To start a return please contact us at shop@hierarchyclothingco.com be sure to include your order number, the items you wish to return, & the reason for return.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping method & holding onto your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 3 business days for a credit to be processed after your return has been delivered. You will receive a confirmation email. In the event that your return has been denied for any reason we will contact you with further details.

Why was my order cancelled?

At Hierarchy, our pieces come from a variety of trusted vendors and generally fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description. We always include the size our model is wearing to help give you a point of reference, and we recommend reviewing our detailed size chart to find your best fit.
Each product listing also includes fabric and material info, which can help you gauge stretch and fit.
