You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Hierarchy gift card.

Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, free of stains & odors. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Bodysuits, intimates, clearance & items marked final sale are ineligible for a return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping method & holding onto your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Please allow 3 business days for a credit to be processed after your return has been delivered. You will receive a confirmation email. In the event that your return has been denied for any reason we will contact you with further details

All items are inspected thoroughly during processing & packaging. In the event that we overlooked something and an item arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@hierarchyclothingco.com within 72 hours of delivery with photo proof of damages.
